The Lighting System is an open-source, ongoing project, designed to control multiple light outputs independently, all while on a seperate electrical system from the truck. This system started in the toolbox of my 1999 Ford F150.

I took a drive to the top of the parking garage the other day to shoot this quick video that shows the current light setup, and using the remote.
I think my next project is going to be adding the external antenna for the remote, and getting some new lights for the toolbox.

The brains of the lighting system is an Arduino Mega Microcontroller. Connected to that is an 8 channel relay board, and a 315MHz Momentary Receiver.
I write all the code and add in various functionality to the microcontroller. As an extra to the system, I build in several strobe functions, to test my complex coding.
This is just one strobe that I've done, and hopefully I'll get some better quality videos of it soon.Back in Version 1, I used the reverse and tails to do an alternating color/side repeating strobe.
The Browning headache rack is the headquaters for all lights on my truck. I have a page dedicated to the build and future plans for the headache rack. Follow the link below.
